Pinqio started in 2025 after founders, sales leaders, and recruiters across our network all agreed on one thing: LinkedIn's inbox is the worst tool they use daily. We decided to fix it — keyboard-first, AI-assisted, and never touching your account.
Pinqio is built by a small, remote team distributed across four time zones. We ship weekly, we read every piece of feedback, and we answer support ourselves. You can reach any of us at hello@pinqio.com.

If you can't do it with a single key, it isn't shipped. Every feature earns its mouse path only after the keyboard path works.
Your data, your rules
End-to-end encrypted drafts, zero conversation training, export anytime. We hold a DPA and SOC 2 Type I (Type II in progress).
Manual-safe, by design
No scraping, no auto-DMs, no auto-reply. Pinqio is a conversation-management tool — what you send stays yours.
We're not an automation tool, and we never will be. Pinqio organises messages you send — it never sends anything on your behalf, never scrapes profiles, and never touches LinkedIn's public APIs in ways that would put your account at risk.
